22/8/1966 Linea C service .  
31/8/1966 Maiden voyage from Genoa - Lisboa - Rio  
1970´s When liner service pasaenger numbers drop, more cruises added on schedule on Europe and America  
   
10-12/1987 Refurbished interior and engines on Mariotti Sipyard on Genoa  
Major refit was carried out when the ship’s turbines were derated, reducing the maximum speed to 24 knots, which also  
reduced fuel consumption. At the same time, a bow thruster was installed, the passenger galleys were replaced with a modern kitchen  
12/1987 Renamed to Eugenio Costa  
   
   
1997 Sold to Ocean Marine Investments, part of the Cammell Laird Group  
1997 Charter a Lowline. Cruises on Mediterranean (?)  
6/1997 New name Edinburgh Castle. Charter to Direct Cruises

1/1999 Due to Technica problems cruises cancelled and Lowlines went a bankrup

9/1999 - 5/2000 Rebuild on Cammell Laird’s Shipyard in Newcastle, England  
4/2000 Charter to Premier Cruise Line and named to Big Red Boat II  
5/2000 7 days cruises from New York to New England and Canada  
autumn 2000 Cruises from Tampa  
9/2000 Premier Cruise Line set to bankrup  
Laid up on Freeport, Bahamas  
2003 Sold to Big Red Boat (Two) Limited  
2005 New name Red Boat and final voyage to Alang.
